The first 3D printed silicone sleeve
Custom sleeve: for which indications ?

XL
Standard sleeves may not be available in large-enough size

XS / Paediatrics
Standard sleeves may not be available in small-enough size (e.g. for kids).

Conical Thigh
An off-the-shelf sleeve may apply too much pressure on the thigh.

Thin Thigh
An off-the-shelf sleeve may be too-loose on the thigh and allow air leaks.

Scars
Scars may create channels for air leaks. Fill these channels with extra silicone.

Congenital Limb
Only a custom sleeve can fit very atypical shapes.

Knee-Ex.
Off-the-shelf sleeves made for tibial limbs might not present the right shape for a knee-ex limb.

Upper Limb
Off-the-shelf sleeves made for tibial limbs might not present the right shape for an upper limb case.

What you get with both sleeve types:

1 - Custom knee angle
Simply indicate a value, and Your® Sleeve comes with the desired built-in flexion angle.
Ideal to enhance comfort for users which engage in specific activities which lead to sustained knee flexion.

3 - Choice between 2 silicone types
Relax
Shore A0
Durability would be too limited with Relax silicone.
It is thus not offered in Your® Sleeve options

Active
Shore A5
Pros
Cons
Comfortable and stretchy
Easier knee flexion
Lower durability
Suitable for
K2 / K3
Contraindications
None

Dynamic
Shore A10
Pros
Cons
Better durability
Soft tissue stabilisation
Harder donning & doffing
Stiffer knee flexion
Suitable for
K3 / K4
abundant soft tissue
Contraindications
Fragile / sensitive skin

*Your® Sleeve only comes in UniShore.

What differs with both sleeve types:
1 - Shape type
from Measurements

The perimeters you measure are aligned on two axes, with the flexion angle requested. We then apply our reductions to obtain the shape of the final sleeve.

Due to this shape generation method, the obtained shape is axially symmetric (on two axes). A sleeve from measurements will therefore not follow the asymmetries of the real limb.
from Scan

The real shape of the limb+socket is used to generate the shape of the sleeve.

A sleeve from scan can account for any shape irregularities. Scars, atrophy, hypertrophy, asymmetries, any shape can be fitted when starting from the 3D scan.
2 - Thicknesses
from Measurements

With a Sleeve from Measurements, thickness are pre-defined and can't be modified:

Thicknesses can't be modified
from Scan

With a Sleeve from Scan, apply local paddings, fillings as desired, as you would to with our Your® Liner product line.
Base thickness customisable
Modify local thicknesses as you want (e.g. scar fillings)
Mass-customisation made simple
Our intuitive platform makes the configuration of Your® Sleeve intuitive and fast. Follow the platform's flow, upload your scan and send. The easiest way to get that fully customized sleeve you're dreaming of.
